Welcome!

Our Yoga classes are offered in the style of Vinyasa Yoga. In this way incorporate the breath and movement to create a meditative and nourishing yoga practice.

Public classes are taught in the Radisson Hotel, Sligo ~ The Factory Performance Space, Quay St, Sligo and in Salt & Soul, Strandhill.

We offer Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga for Pregnancy, Private and Corporate Yoga classes and also classes for those with Special Needs.

Having taught for over 15 years, Lauren aims to make your experience with Yoga a positive one, whatever your level of ability.

If you’re new to Yoga don’t hesitate to make contact if you have any questions.

The joy of it all!
The joy of it all!

Better than a strawberry milkshake in a car café for a six year old boy is finding a Yoga class that is right for you.

Of course I hope you find this within our classes, but if not I will help to point you in the right direction…

Full Circle’s Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Lauren has been a revelation for me.  I have tried different forms of Yoga, including Vinyasa, with different teachers and I’m absolutely convinced that Lauren’s class is miles ahead of them all on so many levels.  Firstly, there is never a danger of injury or a fear of the poses being beyond your ability as she really teaches you how to be aware of your body, to listen to your body and to respect its limitations.  In other words she teaches you a calm acceptance of the way you are as an individual.  Secondly, paying attention to building strength in the feet and legs has transformed the experience of Yoga for me as I realise now why classes in Yoga did not work so well for me previously.  Once you are strongly connected with the ground, you’re much more adept at getting into the poses, and you connect with a very balancing, grounding energy.  On top of all that, there is a lovely atmosphere of wellness, relaxation and a unique feeling of Eastern spirituality in Lauren’s class. All this benefits the body, the mind and the spirit, creating harmony between all three.

I would encourage everyone to give it a try and, like me, you do not have to be the youngest!  I would particularly encourage those who are attracted by the idea of doing Yoga but who have not yet succeeded in findng the course that is right for them.  You’ll love it!
